About Us

Donna Kerr-Foley, a Certified Advanced Personal Trainer, Trainer to the Trainers, Fitness Teacher and APT Instructor (addidas sport specific trainer). Donna is an accomplished athlete with over 15 years experience within the health and fitness industry and is well known for her crazy teaching style and hard core training sessions. Donna uses her personal and professional experience to design programmes to get awesome results in the shortest amount of time.

Claire Diamond Howe, a fully qualified fitness trainer and has been teaching a wide variety of fitness classes across the North East for 10 years. Claire enjoys mixing lots of fitness concepts together to come up with some great sessions. Beware...she loves hills and steps and is a little crazy too!!

Chela Collingbourne is an American trained personal fitness trainer & nutritional specialist and a Martial Artist who also holds a Diploma in Sports Science. Chela has studied many forms of Martial Arts such as Krav Maga, Boxing and Muay Thai, She has taught fitness in many forms from MMA and weight training to pole dance, boot camp and stretching. She has always had a passion for sport and fitness and creates a Fun Filled, Butt Kicking boot camp!!

Lynn McLachlan has come from a background of athletics, competitive body building, kickboxing and running.  She has been in the fitness industry for the last 15 years working as a free lance personal trainer and teaching group fitness. With a diploma in advanced personal training and many other teaching qualifications, she was recently trained by an ex-army physical training instructor from the SAS regiment, who specialised in the disciplines of group fitness and pushing an individual to their limit, however, she is very realistic in her expectations of an individual and prides myself on getting the right balance and knowing a persons limitations. 

Hannah Lillie started competing at a high level of athletics and cross country 15 years ago and her interest and love of health and fitness has grown ever since. Over the years Hannah has attained lots of various Health and Fitness qualifications, Including a Diploma in Personal training. Hannah has a lot of successful experience with outside female only fitness sessions within the Stockton area. This includes post natal exercise sessions in the parks and the very successful women’s only running groups. Her aim is to provide you with boot camp sessions to achieve your goals pushing you to your individual capabilities, whilst supporting you every step of the way with my experience and knowledge. In an exciting venue with it’s fantastic riverside location with lots of potential to train you in new and interesting ways.

Jenny Mrozik is a fully qualified fitness instructor and exercise to music instructor. Jenny is involved in a range of sporting disciplines. She is passionate about health and fitness and loves any form of physical challenge.  As an accomplished athlete she wants to see you maximize your potential! She is very competitive and wants to see you achieve the best you possibly can. Jenny is a keen netballer and presently participants at a highly competitive level. Jenny combines her own personal experiences and hobbies to create a challenging, butt shrinking, tummy trimming, leg toning session! "NO!" and "CANT!" will result in punishment!

Alicia Berry is a true sports fanatic and has a real passion for improving the nation’s fitness! She has a long history of competitive participation in sport, particularly in Athletics and understands the feeling of success you get when you complete a hard training session! Her professional attributes include a degree in Sport Studies, a teaching certificate in Physical Education and numerous coaching certificates. Alicia likes to combine a variety of training methods with good old childhood fun, making exercise infectious! Through motivation and positive encouragement, her aim is to get you fit and to help you understand how. Her moto is ‘Die of Exhaustion Not Boredom’; something she strives to excel at!

Michelle Lee is a fully qualified fitness trainer and ETM instructor. Michelle has taught a variety of classes including spinning, aerobics, advanced step, Pump FX, Stomp FX, Boxercise, Bums & Tums and stability ball. Michelle is always keen to brush up on her fitness knowledge and skills by attending regular workshops and training days to ensure she can deliver the most up to date training techniques and exercises. Michelle likes to ensure she delivers a fun session whilst getting the very best out of her participants to achieve their own personal goals…..you will leave each session feeling positive, energetic and eager to return for the next butt kicking session!! 

Sharon Madderson is an IFBB pro, Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist. Sharon is a fitness professional with over 15 year’s experience. Sharon is a professional body builder with many titles including British Champion and has represented the UK all over the world. Her body building experience combined with fitness qualifications gives her the intense knowledge of nutrition and exercise and her sessions are highly charged and motivated helping to inspire and invigorate you to new heights. Sharon is also a busy business woman, mother of three and a grandmother so she knows all to well the importance of a healthy balanced lifestyle and the benefits of keeping fit. Sharon is becoming known for beasting!!!!

Carly Quinn is a versatile fitness coach with many years experience in a number of sporting disciplines. Carly has gained numerous sport and leisure qualifications and is that much of a fanatic she evens holds a degree in sport!!! Carly attended the first boot camp and has witnessed the amazing results and camaraderie first hand. Carly’s enthusiasm is infectious, and her methods are so whacky that you will have that much fun you won’t even feel the pain!!!
