No Lippy Boot Camp is a Ladies Only outdoor Fitness programme like no other. All sessions are 1 hour long and are designed for women and to burn the maximum fat possible.
With 12 venues across the north east and more opening soon, we offer women the chance to train outdoors and receive amazing results; inch loss, weight loss, tone up, get fit, strong and gain confidence. These sessions are designed to fit in with work and family commitments; attend before work, during the day, after work and weekends.
All fitness levels, shapes and sizes welcome. No matter what level you are you will be motivated to compete against yourself working with others to achieve the very best results. Regardless of your current fitness level, we can help you improve! No one will be asked to do anything that is unsafe or complete more than you are physically capable of doing. No one will go home unchallenged.
Based in Tyne and Wear we do a combination of obstacle courses, circuit training, core training, non contact boxing, hill training, shuttle runs, tyre races, games, core stability training and running. The majority of your training consists of interval training. This is a mix of hard effort with bouts of recovery. This is one of the best ways of maximising calorie expenditure. This also gives you an ‘after burn’ effect; the fat burning benefit continues long after you’ve got out of the shower.
