Welcome to The BOOT CAMP 5 Star Retreat

No Lippy Boot Camp 5* retreat is the North’s No1 Ladies only health and fitness outdoor boot camp. You will not find bunk beds, shared bathrooms, 5am wakeup calls or ex military male instructors shouting at you!!! At No Lippy Boot Camp you have the best of both worlds….You will stay in luxury 5* accommodation, be trained by the north east’s best female personal trainers who will motivate you to every inch of your ability, you will have access to a heated pool and spa area as well as private luxury dining.

No Lippy Boot Camp is a 3 day weekend or a 4 day during the week boot camp. You also have the option of combining them to stay for 7 days!! We offer our 5* boot camp retreat in Hexham, near Newcastle. Our courses are designed for weight loss, inch loss, improve fitness levels, relax and de-stress. You will be provided with all the tools necessary to take home to implement these changes into your daily life to achieve the results you have always dreamed of.

No Lippy Boot Camp is more than a weight loss camp. We don’t feed you smoothies all weekend so you can lose 7lb in 3 days to put 10lb back on when you go home!!!! We train your body, mind and soul to be fit, healthy and relaxed. Don’t get me wrong you will lose weight but this weight loss is through specially designed training sessions and 5 star healthy eating.

You will spend your day training your body through various exercises and physical activities, by night you will be spoiled with the pool, spa and 5 star luxury dining.

You will leave feeling and looking great. Beware though….you may not want to leave!!

We also offer from time to time; a couples only boot camp.  This is the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with your other half whilst getting fit and having fun in pure luxury.
