Don’t worry ladies you will not find ex-military trainers shouting and trying to belittle you ….all sessions are run by female Personal Trainers motivating and encouraging you to get the very best results..…Unlimited members will also be weighed and measured every 6 weeks to ensure you are achieving results.
No Lippy Boot Camp is a Ladies Only outdoor Fitness programme with 16 venues in the North East of England. Women choose No Lippy Boot Camp rather than other fitness camps and boot camps as we design all sessions specifically for women (a 50 year old women should not do the same session as a 20 year old man!!).
We cater for all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. Sessions are 1 hour long and consist of circuits, boxing, weights, medicine ball work, tyre flipping, races, games, hill training, harness resistance training and much more. As well as training sessions, weigh & measure, participants also receive The Structured Eating Plan and home workouts FREE of charge to help them achieve maximum results.
OK guys…..after achieving great success with the ladies we have been asked to specialise in male only training……so here you go; male only camps designed for fat loss, muscle building, muscle definition and to achieve the shape and fitness level you have always dreamed of!!!
The Male Only Boot Camps are outdoor Fitness programmes specifically designed for the male body. Sessions are designed and delivered by male trainers; ex rugby and athletes turned Personal Trainers as well as Sharon Madderson (IFFP pro Body Builder) and Lynn McLachlan (ex Fitness Body Builder).
We cater for all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. Sessions are 1 hour long and consist of resistance training, weights, harness work, circuits, boxing, medicine ball work, tyre flipping, shuttles, hill training and much more. As well as training sessions participants also receive Muscle Building Diets and Fat Loss Diets to achieve maximum results.
